Terms of Service
Defining the excellence and mutual commitment that powers every Ultimate Sound Pro event.
1. Professional Service Agreement
By engaging Ultimate Sound Pro DJ & Events, you are entering into a binding agreement for professional entertainment and production services. We commit to providing experienced DJs, polished MCs, and premium equipment as outlined in your specific event contract. These terms apply to all services provided in Bryan, College Station, and surrounding Texas regions.
Our mission is to provide exceptional event experiences that leave lasting memories. This agreement ensures that the technical and professional standards required for such experiences are maintained throughout the planning and execution phases.
2. Booking & Deposit Policies
To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required. This retainer guarantees our availability for your specific date and covers the administrative costs of your initial stress-free planning phase.
Final balances are typically due fourteen days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in a suspension of services or late fees as detailed in your individual service quote.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. While retainers are non-refundable, they may be applied to a future date at our discretion if the rescheduling occurs within a specific timeframe and subject to our availability.
In the rare event of "Force Majeure"—including extreme weather, government mandates, or other acts of God that prevent the event from occurring—both parties shall be released from their immediate obligations without penalty, though the initial retainer remains applied to the administrative work already performed.
4. Liability, Equipment & Safety
Ultimate Sound Pro maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance. However, the client is responsible for providing a safe environment for our staff and equipment. This includes adequate power supply (dedicated circuits as requested), shelter from elements for outdoor events, and protection from guest-related damage.
The client assumes responsibility for any damage to our equipment caused by event guests or venue staff negligence. We reserve the right to suspend performance if we deem the environment unsafe for our team or equipment.
5. Event Conduct & Performance
Our DJs and MCs are committed to maintaining a professional and energetic atmosphere. We follow the "Event Flow" established during your planning sessions. While we welcome guest requests, the final musical direction remains at the discretion of the DJ to ensure the best possible experience for the majority of guests and to adhere to the client's pre-approved "Do Not Play" lists.
Ultimate Sound Pro staff will treat all guests and venue employees with the utmost respect and expects the same in return. Harassment of any kind toward our performers will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
